Goldney's Grotto and Wonderland!

Got discounted tickets to watch Goldney's Alice in the Wonderland production! Till this day, we honestly do not know what BF means? We narrowed it down to best friend, boyfriend and breakfast. LOL. All three seems unlikely though. If you know, do enlighten me. haha

Edit : OK, it means booking fee. I feel stupid now LOL.

It was supposed to be an open air production but they moved it indoors due to the bad weather the past couple of days. But that day, it was so sunny and warm! What a waste :/

On the way to the underground grotto!

It is dated 1739 (wow, it's 273 years old) and is built by Thomas Goldney III.

There was supposed to be a fountain here but it was removed the day before we came. :(

The river god.

The wall is made up of 200 species of shells brought from the Caribbean and the African waters.

SIMBA. LOL

LOL. The picture is marred slightly by our ugly grocery bags.

The reason why we brought snacks is so that we can eat them during the play. LOL

I bought a large bag of fries which tasted SO good. Yums.

These were our reactions during the half time. HAHA. The play isn't bad, just that it's so confusing. The original story is slightly confusing already and they added new scenes which made the whole thing more bewildering. There's this scene where a baby turned into a pig and a grown man in a maid costume stirring the soup LOL. But towards the end, it became better. :)

The caterpillar was hilarious. The humps were actually the actors bending their backs underneath the sheet LOL.

I like her dress! :D

The whole cast! :)

Till then,
pikee
