Phew, what a long day. :)
Haha, I slept for about 2 hours just now and it's 12.25 am. Something tells me that I'm not going to bed early tonight.
Anyway, I had a great experience today. It's my first time tasting food from Nepal! All thanks to Ronal and his family for treating us to a great lunch. :)
We were supposed to meet up in the foyer at 9.30 am but Kuan Ngee and I were half and hour late. Sorry guys! We talked too much in the car until we didn't realize the time. hahaha
Anyway, we all took the bus there. YES! Another public transport conquered. LOL
So, while waiting for the bus ..

Pretty girls! :)
Zheng Guo posing and Kin Mun reading the world politics I presume. Hahaha a good and bad example on how to spend your time wisely. LOL
From left, Xin Zhe, Ronal and Wall Lee! hahaha
Jia Hui showing her fear for the pigeons. LOL No kidding, she has a huge fear towards them. Or birds with feathers that can fly in general. LOL
Judging from the amount of photos taken, you can easily guess that the bus is late, unsurprisingly. -.-
It really irk me sometimes how inefficient our public transports are but well I guess it can't be helped.
The bus was super crowded, we had to stand for most of our journey. I had the unfortunate incident of being in the wrong position again. I was holding on to the railing at the side and this tall dude wouldn't stop accidentally sit on it !! In that one hour, my hands had contacts with butt cheeks more than it ever had in its entire 18 years of existence. LOL
I'm rather petrified with the bus seats cause god knows how long they're not been cleaned. But the bus operator fella told us to sit and he said "moi, tak payah malu, ini kl."
Which got me really confused cause did he meant that KL people love to sit in buses or KL people has no shame? LOL

The menu! :)
There were so many things I haven't tried! Like Pork Momo. The rice is too naughty until it must be beated with fried potato peas. HAHA
Ronal Rai, our awesome waiter of the day!
Three guys eagerly expecting to eat! :D
Charmaine and I with my disheveled hair.
Stuck cow and pig! :)
hahaha, funny Kin Mun! :) He's a very nice guy to talk to. :)
and the biggest shocker of the day, David's attendance!! :D Nice to see him out of the class for once. :)
And boy, he really can eat.

They had banana lassi! It has a sharp and tangy taste which can shock your taste buds to life. haha it's certainly a good appetizer.
Our first meal! Circuit bread with spicy potatoes! Or as we like to call it, Auntie Anne's Nepal style. hahaha
Omg, this was so yummy! I was ravenous by then and couldn't stop eating them! The bread was soft and goes great with the potatoes.

Smile! :)
If I'm not mistaken, this is Wai Wai! :D Or Fried noodles with egg and vegetable I think.
Looks like an ordinary mamak mee goreng but it was certainly very flavorful.

STEAM MOMO!! My favourite! :)
Dumplings stuffed with pork meat and to be dipped with a slightly spicy sauce.
And how could you ever resist the adorable name? :D

Puri! It's crunchy and goes great with a generous serving of dhal.
It's so yummy until the guys couldn't stop eating them. And also because Ronal wouldn't let us leave until we finished them. LOL

Vegetables and pork. Taste a bit like curry.
This is certainly one of the most bizarre food I ever eaten. It's called the black rice in Nepal. To be honest, I can't pinpoint exactly what the taste is. But it's somewhat gooey and sticky. Apparently if your stomach can't handle it, you'll get diarrhea, I think. O_O

Our lecturers joined in the fun too! :) they were very busy nom-ing all the food I guess. hahaha
So, after that very satisfying meal, the total bill is ...
Haha, big thanks to Ronal and his parents! Very nice people :)
Will certainly treat you back next time! :)
