Here's some of the pics!

hehe
Stayed back today. For the puporse of waiting for my sis as she was attending the addmaths extra class. Pn Selina's class.
She will stare at you-hard- and ask you... UNDERSTAND? and our heads will automatically nod in response even when we don't understand. Which is, the most of the time. ;P

She's a great teacher nevertheless :)
SO, end up marching with Shih Tzu the dog(haha, it's actually Shi Zun) as only 4 of his patrol members turned up. Pity him la. Thus, i end up swinging my hands 90 degrees up and 45 degress down, back and forth with my legs marching along for 30 minutes. Haha, it's funny actually because we deliberately ignore his commands. heheh xD
Which left him with a tomato face (his face turns red whenever he's laughing or angry)
;)
kuan ngee and chun haw tagged along too.
SO, i'm gonna post about my camp on fri till sun! No pictures, sorry. cameras aren't allowed :(
LONG POST AHEAD
FIRST DAY
Off to Hulu Langat motivational camp!
Assemble in the school foyer at 2.30 p.m. Boarded the bus. I sat with suet mun. The journey took about an hour and more cause our bus got lost. I didn't realise it btw, i was dozing off on the hard cheap leather seat.
Arrived there around 4 p.m. The camp is located deep in the jungle. Not literally in the jungle lah, haiyo, but next to it. It was a little run down but there's a crystal clear river flowing. A cement bridge was built. The fascillator said the cement bridge once broke down cause the water was flowing extreamly fast. :0
We lined up, and we were assigned to our tents. 4 people are supposed to share a tent. Suet Mun, Lennie and I shared one. It's my first experience sleeping in a tent. The land is full of tiny stones and sand which made me wake up countless times in the night to rub my sore back.
We assemble in the hall and divided into groups. My group consist of kimberly, yan kuan and me. Others are all wantons. not trying to be racist here. it's just that they are very "hao"
you know what i mean.
Briefing, briefing and briefing. Oh, they didn't fail to make us feel like 5 year olds by teaching us silly kiddish dance and claps. =.='' hello! we're 13 years and above la!
Did i mention we ate 6 times a day? ;0
Bejamin and Lennie were elected as our leaders for guys and girls respectively.
So, when the sky is dark, we began the dreaded night trekking. Imagine, walking in the wet muddy jungle in total darkness with leaches prying on our sweet blood.
Well, it's not too bad actually. Quite exciting by the way. Though i end up with a muddy shirt and shoes. I was in between Thuga and Yan Kuan. Yan Kuan couldn't stop saying "shit" and "what the hell" though we're fobidden to say so. haha!! xD
We crossed the ice cold river. The river was moving fast and i'm certain i'll be flushed away if it's werent for the trainer's help. I want to get flushed away to chocolate land!
Skipped bath cause i was dead tired. Slept only for 3 hours.
SECOND DAY
Woke up at 5.30 a.m. to take bath. The girls took frigging long to take a bath. As if there's a bubble bath jacuzzi in there. sheesh
the water bath is from the river too. i grown so accustomed to hot baths till i step out from the bathroom shivering. Ok, it's not a bathroom. But a small cubicle with a large bucket. And they only have 2!! for 40 girls?!
Had the stupid marching training. for an hour and a half. Breakfast of fried mee hoon. and then the jungle trekking. It rained the day before again so no doubt that leaches are lurking at the ground or on the leaves. But have no fear! Saltwater is here! ;D i'm so thankful i didn't get a single bite.
Our hike took about 2 hours. The jungle's scenery is pretty nice, with lush greenery and bamboos. Finally, we reached the river! It's very very cold! like ice! The river is very clean too and it's crystal clear. A great way to refresh ourselves after the tiring hike. I drop like 10 times due to the slippery rocks. Bath there for an hour i think. Then we headed back to the camp.
Had lunch.
Then, superman came to save us all from our misery and flew us all to lollipop land. We spent a week there eating nothing but popsicles and sweets till our teeth all came off.
Oh wait. that was my dream. lol, i slept through most of the talks.
Attention people, our heart is located in the centre! not in the left!
The cultural night was held. My group sucks very very bad. Probably the worst group of all. We were supposed to do dikir barat. Singing. But we all got tongue tied on the stage. we ended up sitting on the stage staring at each other, dumbfounded.
yeah whatever.
LAST DAY (YIPEE!)
Woke up with a horrible stomach ache. Tried to brush it off, thinking it's just a normal cramp but the pain was excruciating. Visited the toilet a few times.
I'm not the only one. Apparently, most of the girls had stomach aches too. SUE THE FOOD!
Marching competition was on. Unsurprisingly, my group crash and burn again. Had deafening lectures bout the way we marched.
THen, it's the ULTIMATE CHALLENGE
First, we swam through the muddy pond and climbed a 3 metre high wall.
Then we roll ourselves in a mud which stinks awfully. I'm not surprise if they tell me there's cow dung in it. As if it's wasn't enough, they smeared mud on our faces, claiming it's a good facial.
Weird people! If that is so effective, why would people spend million on facial products than going to the jungle to get some awful smelling mud?! weirdddd!
THEN, we walk on some stones, climb through the rope and crawl in a small narrow tunnel. The kind of tunnels you find in a playground. Luckily no one got stuck.
Washed all our mud in the river again! So refreshing. ^^ I taught kimberly the dog swim and the bicycle swim. haha!
Had a quick bath and back home!!!
Camp rating : 5/10
